The staff was exceptional, howrver, Nick was not concerned with the room that I was assigned too. It was not safe, mirror with electric plug sent out a spark air conditioner was a mess, missing tile on jazucci, etc., asked Nick to change, he was not accomdating. I spoke with Emmoni later and she switched my room.
